Dr. Stephanie M. Bialluch-von Allwörden advises companies of all sizes, public institutions and private individuals in civil and commercial law, corporate law and real estate law matters.

Dr. Bialluch-von Allwörden also has outstanding expertise in banking and capital markets law, including banking supervisory law. After completing her studies in Schleswig-Holstein (1st State Examination), as the best graduate Dr. Bialluch-von Allwörden received her doctorate in Kiel with an award-winning dissertation and the highest grade “summa cum laude” on a capital market law topic in the field of investment and bond law.

During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Appellate Court, which she also completed as one of the best graduates (2nd state examination), she worked among others for the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (Berlin) and the renowned US law firm Case Lombardi & Pettit (Honolulu, Hawaii, USA). In addition to her work as a lawyer, Dr. Bialluch-von Allwörden is an examiner in the field of banking and capital market law at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität of Kiel.

B enjamin von Allwörden represents clients in all matters of commercial and private law. He has particular expertise in labour law, copyright and media law, contract law and intellectual property law.

Before founding the law firm VON ALLWÖRDEN Rechtsanwälte, Benjamin von Allwörden worked as a lawyer for a Berlin commercial law firm for several years. He conducted court proceedings throughout Germany and advised on general commercial law issues, with a special focus on consulting within the media and entertainment industry. Benjamin von Allwörden has also provided legal advice on corporate transactions and advised on questions of general commercial law, labour law and intellectual property law, in particular trademark and competition law.

Benjamin von Allwörden is a Certified Lawyer for copyright and media law. He has an additional university education in intellectual property law and certified special theoretical knowledge in labour law.
